In anticipation of incorporating this skill into the AP scope of practice, and rolling this initiative out to other
facilities, an online learning module has been created as a refresher on the use of the Braun syringe driver and
infusion pump. The learning module is mandatory for all licensed, privilege level 3 APs to complete. Furthermore, based on interim results of the ongoing Skills Assessment Program, the learning module will additionally be made mandatory for all licensed privilege level 4 CCPs.
